Executive Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly proactive and seasoned Executive Support Specialist to provide high-level support to the Founder of a fast-growing company. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is skilled at anticipating needs, streamlining operations, and enabling executive focus.

Work Hours: 40 hours/week (full-time); EU working hours

Work Set-Up: Remote; Independent Contractor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbox and calendar for executives
  • Track and coordinate tasks and projects
  • Handle financial coordination and basic reporting
  • Create SOPs from Loom recordings and existing processes
  • Maintain data dashboards (Google Sheets) and handle data entry
  • Prepare weekly/monthly business performance reports
  • Book travel and handle ad hoc admin tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting an e-commerce founder
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Strong skills in Google Sheets, including dashboards and reporting
