
HR Specialist

Promote employee well-being and resolve human relations challenges as an HR specialist.
- Conduct employee interviews to discuss work-related problems affecting morale, health, and productivity.
- Evaluate and address human relations, labor relations, and work-related issues, then consult with management on appropriate actions.
- Explain and provide guidance to employees on company rules, regulations, and procedures, emphasizing the need for compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management:
- Collaborate with clients to implement strategic retention strategies and activities.
- Coordinate various teams on program implementation, policies, and procedures impacting assigned accounts.
- Ensure assigned accounts comply with all HR initiatives and programs.
- Assist in rolling out new HR programs.
- Conduct exit interviews, surveys, and discussions with target participants to enhance employee engagement.
- Employee Engagement:
- Manage community building events, engagement surveys, and other related activities.
- Offer counseling services to employees.
- Manage employee complaints and concerns.
- Organize and facilitate New Hire Orientation sessions.
- Employee Relations and Administration:
- Handle minor to complex behavior and attendance administrative cases.
- Escalate complex issues to senior HR staff.
- Determine employee eligibility for transfers, promotions, or rehires.
- Prepare separation notices and related documentation.
- Conduct exit interviews to understand reasons behind separations.
- Secure buy-in from stakeholders on implementing human resource directives.
- General Administrative Tasks:
- Compile Employee Relations reports, including attrition and headcount reports.
- Verify accuracy of HR data, such as HRIS and attrition information.
- Perform additional duties as instructed by supervisors or managers.
- Identify opportunities for departmental efficiency improvements.
- Extend working hours when necessary.
