Revenue Growth and Operations Leader

About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional National Sales Manager to lead our national sales team and drive revenue growth across our clusters. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing sales strategies that align with our company's vision and goals.
Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strategic plans to capitalize on these opportunities. In addition, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency. Experience in the agricultural sector is highly desirable, but not essential.
