Client Success Professional

We are seeking a skilled Client Success Professional to join our team. This role is responsible for providing essential support to our Client Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure the seamless delivery of client projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for process and communication excellence.

  • This includes collaborating with CSMs on project goals, timelines, and task prioritization.
  • Serving as a liaison between internal teams and client-facing teams.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be proficient in project management tools such as Wrike or Teamwork and have experience working with agile principles, sprint planning, and burn down charts.

In this role, you will translate technical briefs into actionable tasks, manage project workflows, and track progress across multiple touchpoints.

You will also communicate clearly with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, using effective English language skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up and managing tasks in project management tools.
  • Allocating work to the appropriate team members.
  • Keeping task lists organized and updated.

  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
  • Ability to interpret and enhance technical briefs.
  • Comfortable reviewing development estimates and preparing work for client deployment.
