Key IT Project Coordinator Role

The primary function of this position is to assist in the planning and coordination of strategic IT projects.

This role plays a pivotal part in overseeing project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with timelines and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and coordinate project tasks to ensure timely completion and adherence to set standards.
  • Document key project updates, risks, and issues to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Provide assistance for IT system deployments and other strategic initiatives within the organization.
  • Apply established project management methodologies to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in IT or business project coordination, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and productivity tools; knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Prior experience supporting ERP rollouts or IT deployments is advantageous.
