As a lead generation specialist, your role will involve driving online leads through various marketing channels. This includes traditional methods like TV and radio, as well as non-traditional channels such as podcasting, influencer marketing, and social media.

This is a hands-on position where you will be responsible for identifying, testing, and optimizing new campaigns to expand our reach into untapped markets. You will need to have a strong understanding of performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign testing.

Key responsibilities include launching and managing lead generation campaigns, continuously testing new marketing channels, analyzing data to refine strategies, developing and executing innovative growth-focused marketing plans, and optimizing campaign performance using A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and flexible in a dynamic environment. They should be professional and dedicated to excellence, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
