Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:

You will play a critical role in our production process—inspecting garments for imperfections, verifying custom measurements, and maintaining accurate records through measurement logs and photos.

This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail and strong communication skills. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that no detail is overlooked before our creations reach our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspecting garments for stains, defects, or production issues to maintain top-notch quality.
  • Measuring custom-made clothing to verify size accuracy and alignment with customer specifications.
  • Taking detailed measurements and photographs of finished pieces for accurate documentation in our internal database.
  • Collaborating directly with our team, taking feedback with humility and agility to improve quality and processes.
  • Communicating clearly and proactively online, ensuring updates and issues are addressed in real-time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience in the related field.
  • Receptive and humble enough to receive feedback from our team.
  • Works hard and fits our startup culture.
  • Communicates promptly, clearly, and proactively online.
  • Be able to work with our team smoothly and fast.
  • Experience as a business owner or freelancer (experience on executing by yourself) is a plus.
