  • Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Conduct visual checks, measurements, and testing using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Record and report inspection results, deviations, and non-conformities accurately and timely.
  • Work closely with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor adherence to company procedures, safety guidelines, and industry standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and documentation.
  • Participate in quality audits, internal reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance product consistency and reduce waste or rework.
  • Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and handling of approved products.
  • Maintain organized records of inspections, reports, and quality-related documents.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
  • With background in metal fabrication, metal door installation, construction, metal manufacturing, or similar industries is an advantage
  • Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience.
  • Must be willing to do fieldwork.
