Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Develop inventory control techniques to avoid shortage and excesses of raw materials and finish product, ensures this is well coordinated with Warehouse for use to other jobs.

  2. Maintain records, monitors of all material movement in production cycle to ensure continuous operation.

  3. Assist Plant Manager in controlling production costs while maintaining the quality standards;

  4. Handles the engineering works and project reports required for the proper monitoring and recording of all activities being done by the company at Victoria Wave Plant.

  5. Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and establish priorities and schedules;

  6. Work closely to QA/QC Department to ensure finish product is according to the specifications.

  7. Provide various reports of production progress in daily basis

  8. Validate data from employee job cards for VW Man Hour Report in daily basis.

  9. Plan equipment, material and manpower needs for job order;

  10. Coordinate with Plant Manager in resolving production planning and control; and

  11. Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Plant Manger

Job Specifications

· Education Requirements

Graduate of BS Civil engineering or Mechanical Engineering

· Work Experience

At least two (2) years of related work experience in steel fabrication;

· Knowledge and Skills

Knowledge of fabrication production and processes

· Traits

Must be flexible and able to meet deadlines, team player, has a positive attitude and must have patience.
