Job Overview

We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented Systems Support Professional to join our team. This role combines system setup, workflow oversight, and account coordination to drive the success of our client-facing Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Configuration & Management
    • Configure internal systems for new and existing client accounts
    • Optimize systems for seamless account delivery and high client satisfaction
  • Process Optimization & Workflow Management
    • Develop and refine internal workflows for improved operational efficiency
    • Monitor processes and address bottlenecks or errors proactively
  • Data Accuracy & Quality Control
    • Maintain accurate records across systems; perform regular data audits
    • Implement data validation procedures for accuracy throughout the client lifecycle
  • Client Support Coordination
    • Collaborate closely with client-facing Account Managers for account delivery support
    • Assist with report preparation, proposals, and system demonstrations
  • IT & Systems Proficiency
    • Utilize general IT tools (e.g., CRM, Excel, databases, reporting tools) for system management and troubleshooting
    • Provide first-level internal technical support and liaison with external providers as needed
  • Commercial Acumen
    • Understand the property market context to better align operational support
    • Contribute to commercial discussions using relevant system data and insights
Requirements
  • Proven experience in systems support, operations, or account management
  • Strong process management and optimization skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Proficiency in standard IT tools
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Basic understanding of the commercial property sector or a strong willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
