Senior Data Solutions Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Data Solutions Specialist to develop impactful data solutions that connect technology, data, and client needs.

  • Create data solutions based on specifications.
  • Quality assurance of custom datasets for clients.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to resolve data issues and create delivery pipelines.
  • Automated queries, reports, and dashboards creation to demonstrate data value.
  • Timeline management and onboarding coordination with Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services.
  • Develop onboarding materials like guides and FAQs.
  • Support PM and TAM during customer calls regarding data.
  • Participate in team communications via Scrum meetings and Slack.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience working directly with customers on data integration and utilization.
  • Over 5 years of experience in data analysis and integration.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Ability to manage multiple commitments and set stakeholder expectations.
  • Attention to detail and quality ownership.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Growth mindset and continuous improvement attitude.
