Strategic Solution Expert

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide expert-level support in assessing solutions that meet customer needs. This involves a thorough understanding of their objectives and technical requirements, followed by the articulation of benefits and outcomes through solution assessments.
Key Responsibilities- Understand customers' strategic goals and determine optimal platforms for stated objectives, ensuring seamless deployment with complete discovery
- Analyze collected data, identifying key insights and producing detailed executive summary reports
- Present findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders, including CXOs and cross-functional teams
- Cross-team coordination ensures effective customer transitions into post-assessment actions
Candidates will gain valuable experience in collaboration with Microsoft teams, benefiting from a broad network of client relationships across Azure, BI, Software Asset Management, Marketing, and Consulting solution areas.
Essential Qualifications- 3-5 years of experience in solution sales, technical sales, or consulting in Microsoft solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Comprehensive understanding of Cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, and Azure solutions
- Practical experience with assessment discovery platforms, deploying, troubleshooting, and leveraging stated platforms (two or more)
- Experience in performing CAF and governance model workshops to uncover customer cloud migration reasons and goals
