Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing complex data manipulation tasks with precision and adherence to established guidelines
  • Providing expert assistance to clients on location data using proprietary tools, addressing advanced issues and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
  • Conducting thorough audits on listing data to maintain accuracy and quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborating with senior team members to develop, refine, and document best practices aimed at enhancing team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Supporting the development of junior team members by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and assisting in training initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in data operations, quality assurance, data entry, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex data discrepancies and provide clear, effective solutions
  • Strong proficiency in English, including written, spoken, and reading skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and other data management tools is a plus
