Recruitment Specialist

Tutor Me Education is reshaping how students learn, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Recruitment Specialist.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work in partnership with our recruitment manager and other internal managers. You will act as a subject matter expert for recruitment, helping to improve and implement our current process and championing best practice recruitment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess candidate profiles and conduct interviews to determine whether they'll move on to the next stage of the hiring process.
  • Work closely with our Recruitment and Staffing Manager to set qualification criteria for future employees.
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and virtual events.
  • Analyze recruitment software and recommend improvements or changes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to set qualifications for each position.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a recruiter for U.S. hires.
  • Experience recruiting high-volume candidates (e.g., 100 per month).
  • Must be willing to work the night shift.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience using Workable preferred.
  • Experience hiring educators preferred.
  • Experience expanding recruitment initiatives to get more candidates preferred.
