Job Opportunity

A Part-Time Recruiter is needed to attract, hire, and retain top-quality security guards who align with our values of professionalism, integrity, compassion, vigilance, flexibility, and extreme ownership.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

About the Position
  • Recruit, screen, and coordinate candidates for security guard positions.
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified security guard candidates.
  • Source candidates from various platforms, including job boards, social media, and community groups.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews.
  • Partner with the hiring manager to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels for contracts by maintaining a candidate pipeline.
Requirements
  • Previous recruiting, HR, or staffing experience, minimum 2 years preferred (security industry experience a plus).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media recruiting.
  • Understanding of city, state, and federal regulations regarding security guards.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Work Environment & Schedule
  • Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week.
  • 100% remote work arrangement.
