About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our advisory services team.

  • This leadership role is responsible for driving business growth and market expansion across SEA, leveraging partnerships and thought leadership to drive results.
Job Description:

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in management consulting, ESG/sustainability advisory, corporate finance, or impact finance.

  • Develop and scale advisory services, securing corporate and financial institution clients.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through P&L management.
  • Familiarity with international sustainability frameworks (e.g., TCFD, ISSB, SFDR, EU Taxonomy, SDG-aligned impact measurement).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of strategic partnerships and collaborations to drive business growth.
  • Manage high-value client relationships and deliver exceptional advisory services.
  • Drive innovation and thought leadership in the field of ESG and sustainability.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in management consulting, ESG/sustainability advisory, corporate finance, or impact finance.
  • Deep expertise in sustainability strategy, ESG integration, sustainable finance, blended finance, and impact investing.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Master's degree in business, finance, economics, environmental science, or a related field.
