
Remote Operations Coordinator Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to support our media and publisher operations team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in keeping data accurate, processes smooth, and teams aligned.
Publisher Operations Support:- Contact Maintainer: Maintain and update publisher contact details for accuracy.
- CRM Organizer: Consolidate duplicate publisher records or aliases in CRM systems.
- Onboarding Assistant: Correspond with publishers during onboarding—coordinate link building, pixel testing, and billing verification.
- Launch Supporter: Track, document, and support new publisher launches, tests, and turn-downs with Publisher Managers.
- Data Logger: Ensure publisher property information is correctly logged and up to date.
- Benchmark Collector: Request and store benchmark stats for performance projections.
- Test Tracker: Process test orders for new accounts and assist with troubleshooting as needed.
- Media Kit Collector: Request, review, and store publisher media kits and placement samples.
- Creative QA Specialist: Ensure creatives match publisher specs and requirements.
- Review Facilitator: Coordinate internal review, feedback, and approvals for placement comps.
- Creative Librarian: Store client-approved creatives and keep live documentation current.
- Link Builder: Generate and distribute tracking links, ensuring proper setup and communication.
- Pixel Integrator: Request postback integrations, piggyback pixels, and manage testing workflows.
- Finance Communicator: Liaise with finance teams to communicate billing terms and project details.
- IO Checker: Ensure insertion orders are in place for all billing needs.
- Billing Tracker: Monitor and log billing changes and opportunities in the project management system.
- Data Integrity Lead: Maintain clean data in project management and CRM platforms.
- Automation Watchdog: Monitor automations and troubleshoot any issues to keep workflows running efficiently.
- Documentation Organizer: Maintain internal documentation, templates, and tracking logs.
- Team Aligner: Support internal communications to ensure priorities are clear and processes are followed.
- Detail-Oriented: You double-check your work and keep systems tidy.
- Highly Organized: You love structured environments and smooth workflows.
- Problem-Solver: You spot issues early and offer smart, proactive solutions.
- Clear Communicator: You know how to communicate across teams and escalate when needed.
- Collaborative Team Player: You enjoy working with others and bringing order to cross-functional efforts.
- Digital Media Familiarity: Experience in publisher operations, digital campaigns, or performance media is a plus.
- Tracking Knowledge: Familiar with ad tracking systems, pixel integration, and performance metrics.
- Financial Awareness: Understanding of basic billing processes and documentation like IOs.
- Project Management Tools: Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or HubSpot is preferred.
