Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $45,000 and $65,000, depending on location and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, handling incoming calls, emails, and other communications with professionalism and poise.

Your key duties will include:

  • Fostering strong relationships with clients through active listening, empathy, and effective problem-solving
  • Providing accurate and timely information regarding products and services
  • Data input and back-office tasks as required
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A proven track record in customer-facing roles, preferably in a Telco or similar industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic mathematical skills for reporting and analysis purposes
  • Aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts
  • Knowledge of local language (verbal and written)
