Neksjob is currently hiring a Sales and Service Expert to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that their needs are met and they have a positive experience with our brand.
  • Sales: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide product information, ultimately leading to sales and revenue growth.
  • Complaint Resolution: Listen to customer complaints and concerns, and work to resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.

About the Role:

  • Qualifications: We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Requirements: A Senior High School graduate with at least 6 months of work experience or a High School graduate with at least 6 months of continuous call center experience.
  • Working Conditions: Willingness to work on holidays and weekends, as well as night shifts and varying schedules.
