Lead Team to Excellence

This is a pivotal role where you will lead a team, driving performance and process execution. You will be responsible for coaching, shadowing and supporting your agents directly, ensuring excellent performance rigor.

  • Grow talent by identifying and developing high-potential employees, leading and motivating direct reports to establish an effective team.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring consistent quality and productivity across channels.
  • Communicate effectively with quarterly strategy, monthly and weekly priorities clearly understood and adhered to by agents.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changes in workflows/processes/procedures/product features.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks and challenges, providing quantified impact on operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 12 months of experience in managing a team for contact center services.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must know how to handle sales and objections from customers.
