Remote Proctoring Coordinator Job

The ideal candidate will oversee and administer online examinations in a secure environment, ensuring the integrity of the testing process by monitoring test-takers and enforcing exam rules.

  • This is a full-time remote position requiring exceptional organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

We are seeking an experienced education professional with 2+ years of education or exam proctoring experience. The successful candidate will have a BA/BS degree, be willing to work graveyard shifts (US hours), and act as the main point of contact for vendors, students, and course-related staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proctoring exams in a secure environment
  • Verifying student/test-taker identification and checking them in according to testing protocols
  • Explaining examination rules and procedures to test-takers before the exam begins
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of all exam materials and personal information
  • Recording and reporting any irregularities, incidents, or violations during testing sessions
