Role Overview

We are seeking a Student Services Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our students.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing general course inquiries, maintaining program schedules, booking and conducting support calls, as well as managing and updating student details across the CRM and Student Management systems.

You will also be responsible for managing course administration processes, such as facilitating extension requests, transfers, enrolment activation, withdrawal requests, and graduation/completions.

In addition, you will provide support to students via phone, email, and webchat, and conduct data entry activities on the CRM and Student Management Systems.

You must be comfortable working in a system environment, possess a high level of attention to detail, and have strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

  3. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Requirements
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in blended account
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
