Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive test plans and test cases, reviewing system specifications, and conducting manual and automated testing to ensure the software runs smoothly and meets client needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Test complex and highly integrated software systems in a fast-paced agile development environment
  • Help design Test Strategies and QA procedures
  • Engage in robust requirements review or story refinement
  • Plan and execute Test Plan by coordinating with all team members to ensure completion
  • Advocate for quality practices and ensure their implementation
  • Analyze, maintain, and track defects for testing
  • Validate conformance to requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Escalate issues or obstacles appropriately and timely
Requirements:
  • Solid work experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role for at least 5 years
  • Strong understanding of the QA process and collaborating with Development team
  • Basic knowledge of Katalon Automation, AWS, and SQL
  • Experience in project management and QA methodology
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
  • Knowledge to troubleshoot potential issues; experience with best practices around database operations
