The role of Audit Manager involves leading a team of professionals in Assurance, providing strategic support to client-serving teams across various industry sectors. This position requires strong leadership and project management expertise, as well as deep knowledge of international accounting and auditing standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize project and relationship management skills to support engagement managers with a significant portfolio of clients.
  • Support operational aspects of engagement management, such as financial oversight, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
  • Act as a mentor to junior staff, guiding and coaching them to develop the team's capabilities.
  • Foster strong relationships with engagement teams and clients, identifying areas for improvement and expanding the scope of work.
Requirements:
  • A qualified CPA with over 5 years of experience.
  • Deep understanding of International accounting and auditing standards (IFRS or UK GAAP).
  • Project management, leadership, coaching, counseling, and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
