SEM Specialist Job Description

A skilled SEM specialist is required to develop and manage Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing Google Ads in an agency environment and a proven track record of success in generating leads and sales through Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Development: Develop comprehensive Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Video platforms.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research and competition analysis to optimize campaign performance.
  • Strategy Implementation: Implement strategies for lead generation and sales enhancement for local and e-commerce businesses.
  • Optimization and Analysis: Maintain and optimize campaigns to meet targeted KPIs such as Conversion Rates and CPA, and provide landing page recommendations based on detailed campaign analysis.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to integrate SEM strategies with broader digital marketing efforts.
  • Account Management: Manage multiple accounts and allocate time efficiently based on campaign needs and performance.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest Google Ads techniques and strategies.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience managing Google Ads in an agency environment.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of success in generating leads and sales through Google Ads.
  • Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads platforms.
  • Understanding: Deep understanding of all Google Ads types including Search, Display, Shopping, and Video.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
