About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to manage key client accounts, ensuring their goals are met through effective brand strategies and marketing initiatives.

This role involves overseeing client accounts from day-to-day operations to yearly targets, assisting in increasing market share and sales for clients' products or services, and maintaining brand popularity among consumers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple client accounts, delivering projects on time, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

They will also possess strong understanding of brand strategies and guidelines, marketing, and social media management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The team will work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with opportunities for professional development and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee client accounts from day-to-day, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly operations
  • Assist in increasing market share and sales for clients' products or services
  • Assist clients' brand management in maintaining brand popularity among consumers
  • Assist in executing brand strategies for both clients and the company in an efficient manner
  • Conduct and document market research on the latest trends in changing consumer tastes
  • Work with the team to analyze, assess, and evaluate competitors' products and their brand issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in client servicing
  • Strong understanding of the importance of client satisfaction and retention
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and internal teams
  • Strong understanding of brand strategies and guidelines, marketing, and social media management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in using tools for productivity & efficiency
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
