
Senior Client Services Professional

We are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to lead our team of accountants in delivering high-quality accounting and tax services to Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) clients.
This role is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of SME clients, leading a team of junior and senior accountants, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert accounting and tax services to SME clients, including financial statement preparation, taxation advice, and BAS preparation and submission.
- Liaise with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) on behalf of clients to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Supervise and control remote bookkeeping clients to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Advise and engage with clients on various accounting and taxation matters, providing guidance and support to ensure their business success.
- Hire, train, nurture, and grow a team of accountants, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing a team of accountants servicing SME clients.
- Proven track record of successful team management, hiring, training, and nurturing ambitious accountants.
- Experience managing a portfolio of SME clients with a scope ranging from bookkeeping to taxation services.
- Excellent command of client communication and delivery organization.
