IT Support Specialist

This role involves providing technical assistance to end-users, resolving hardware and software-related issues promptly.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Assistance: Provide technical support via remote channels, resolving hardware and software issues effectively.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify root causes of IT problems, escalating as required to minimize downtime.
  • System Management: Remotely configure and maintain computer systems, mobile devices, and software for optimal performance.
  • User Access Management: Manage system user accounts and access permissions for data security.
  • IT Ticket Management: Log, manage, and respond to IT support tickets and inquiries via various channels.
  • Training and Guidance: Provide training on IT tools and best practices to enhance end-user productivity.
  • IT Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess a degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • A minimum 3-5 years of experience in Windows, M365, Active Directory, SharePoint, Teams, and Xero.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Well-developed English written and verbal communication skills.
