E-commerce Category Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Category Manager to lead growth across various channels with a strong focus on data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, market trends, and consumer behavior.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Catalog Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow product categories across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and TikTok.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor sales, market share, and key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and competitive advantage.
  • Product & Pricing Optimization: Refine product positioning, pricing, and promotional tactics to improve profitability and marketplace performance.
  • Advertising & Promotions: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, keyword strategies, and promotional initiatives to boost visibility and conversion rates.
  • Customer Insights: Gather insights on customer satisfaction and preferences through feedback polls and use findings to improve listings, ads, and overall brand strategy.

Requirements:
  • e-Commerce Expertise: 3-5+ years of owning a category, driving sales, profits, and growth.
  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
