Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Asset Management Specialist to provide asset management support and financial analysis for our commercial properties.

About the Role
  • Provide comprehensive asset management services including preparation of annual business plans, quarterly valuation models, leasing analyses, ongoing monitoring, and reporting of investment performance.
  • Evaluate portfolio composition on an ongoing basis, long-term strategic vision for investment vehicles, and prospective new investment opportunities or strategies.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of asset management strategies to optimize portfolio value.
  2. Analyze and interpret financial data, market trends, and regulatory requirements to inform investment decisions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of asset management initiatives.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property managers, contractors, and vendors.
  5. Prepare and present regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate asset management.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality asset management services.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate terminology and structures.
