Area Manager is responsible for leading, motivating, and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets in the real estate industry.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales leadership (real estate experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
  • Has already at least five (5) sellers in the team.
  • Residing in Calamba Laguna

Job Description:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of property specialists and senior property specialists.
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans and campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sellers to expand the sales force.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and coaching for team improvement.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales promotions and events.
