Responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling Zoom presentations to C-level and decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our virtual staffing solutions.
  • Collaborate with leadership on revenue targets and strategic growth initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in business development or similar roles.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, especially in BPO, SaaS, or IT.
  • A track record of success in virtual selling (Zoom presentations required).
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence, charisma, and drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Previous experience with Virtual Assistant or Business Support Services is highly valued.
