About the role

We are seeking an experienced Package Consultant to join our team at ARTECH TECHNOLOGY INC' in Quezon City Metro Manila. Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the EC (Enterprise Content) and Time Tracking initiatives across teams.
  • Manage, monitor, and report time-tracking metrics for projects and employees.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize EC processes and systems.
  • Provide training and support to team members on time-tracking tools.

Required Skills:

  • EC and Time Tracking expertise
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in IBM or similar large enterprises
  • Familiarity with Energy & Utilities sector workflows
  • Certification in project management or time-tracking tools (e.g., PMP, ITIL, or similar)
