Job Overview

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of AR follow-up and claims denials experience in healthcare
  • Familiarity with call center management principles and dialer systems terminology
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills required
