Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Regional Support Team Lead to join our global community of professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop and lead a high-performing support team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the AMER & EMEA-time zone support team, as well as support escalations, and communication on product fixes and enhancements with the dev team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Development: Develop and execute plans to improve team performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership: Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and productive team culture by leading by example, setting clear goals, and providing regular feedback.
  • Communication: Ensure seamless communication between teams to facilitate effective issue resolution and customer experience.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional support to customers across various channels, ensuring empathy and clarity in all interactions.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in technical skills related to software and hardware support.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, including team management, coaching, and development.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to customers and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues, often under pressure.
