Job Description

As a Customer Success Advocate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers achieve their online goals. You will provide expert support, troubleshoot technical challenges, and contribute to projects that enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support via live chat and tickets
  • Simplify complex technical issues for customers of all expertise levels
  • Contribute to teams or projects that improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product updates, services, and web hosting technologies
  • Identify and implement improvements to your work, team, and department

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Experience in customer support in tech or SaaS environments
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of web hosting fundamental concepts (domains, DNS, emails, control panels, and website troubleshooting)
