Job Title: Trade Spend Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Trade Spend Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing trade spend operations, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Navigate distributor, direct, and logistics portals to gather required backup documentation.
  2. Maintain an Excel spreadsheet that tracks missing deduction backup items.
  3. Communicate with engineers when the web scraper does not work as expected.
  4. Maintain manuals for each distributor and direct account, explaining the details of their customer portals.
  5. Create and send email reports to clients with status updates twice a month.
  6. Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting.
  7. Take responsibility for department goals by accepting new duties and finding opportunities for improvement within the Customer Success – Technology Enabled Services department.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in Trade Promotion Management
  • A background or education in Accounting
  • Business level English fluency required
  • Beginner knowledge of SaaS products preferred, including Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite
  • Experience working in a start-up and comfortable with change
  • Impeccable oral and written communication skills
  • Eager to learn and fosters a desire to serve customers and create win-win partnerships
