Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Asset Trading Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring open positions, overseeing market making bots, and identifying issues.


Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor spot and futures markets during night hours to ensure timely execution of trades.
  • Review logs and verify correct order placements to maintain accurate risk management.
  • Escalate system errors, unexpected PnL swings, and exchange disconnects in a prompt manner.
  • Communicate with the trading/engineering team to resolve anomalies and ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain risk limits and exposure within agreed parameters to minimize potential losses.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Solid understanding of trading fundamentals, including order books, spreads, liquidity, and hedging.
  • Basic technical literacy, with the ability to read logs, interpret error messages, and navigate dashboards.
  • Experience in crypto trading or a strong willingness to learn.
