Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively under pressure, and possess a strong analytical mind.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners regarding project deadlines and output quality.
  • Coordinate project schedules with freelancers and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Establish priorities for production tasks to meet project timelines.
  • Estimate worker hour requirements to ensure assignments are completed on time.
  • Collaborate with department supervisors to track progress and provide information on changes affecting efficiency and quality.
  • Analyze and recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
  • Coordinate with freelancers regarding project assignments and provide feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with defined policies, procedures, guidelines, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Journalism, Education, Linguistics, Mass Communications, or equivalent.

Work Experience: 2-3 years' experience in a related field.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
  • Highly analytical and meticulous.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Able to work under pressure and minimal supervision.
