Main Responsibilities:

  • Comfortable asking engineers questions to gather information and clarify requirements.
  • Familiarity with documentation software like Confluence, Zendesk Guide, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent research skills to find relevant information from diverse sources.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work well with others.
