Job Overview

The Quantitative Fieldwork Coordinator plays a crucial role in the recruitment process for quantitative and qualitative projects within the US market.

This position is responsible for all aspects of recruitment, working closely with project managers to ensure studies are delivered in accordance with client specifications and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate end-to-end project tasks including link setup, testing, study invitations, exclusion lists, and incentive reconciliation.
  • Manage sampling for allocated projects from internal invites to custom recruitment strategies.
  • Understand project recruitment methodology and coordinate with project assistants to maximize results.
  • Develop a sampling plan for allocated projects to meet client requirements.
  • Liaise with teams to optimize internal sample resources via phone recruitment and custom emails.
  • Review projects regularly and inform project managers when internal sampling strategies have been exhausted or require adjustment.
  • Provide timely recruitment updates to project management teams upon request.
  • Evaluate and ensure projects are completed within stipulated timelines.
  • Develop alternative sampling strategies when internal panel samples are insufficient or ineffective.
  • Track, monitor, and report on sampling performance at a project level to identify areas for improvement.
  • Have an excellent understanding of sampling, emailing, and reporting tools to support project deliverability and client satisfaction.
  • Address project managers' and stakeholders' requests in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Attend meetings with PMs regarding assigned projects to ensure project specifications and client needs are met.
  • Take notes and fill checklists during key meetings and share them with attendees afterwards for clarity and accountability.
  • Host internal or external market research pretest/pilot interviews for clients, ensuring direct client and respondent interactions are seamless and effective.
  • Track, monitor, and report on custom recruitment performance to optimize future projects.
  • Support PMs in closing and invoicing projects in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Setup Dynamic Audiences on projects based on clients' specifications and requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required for this position.
  • Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 0-1 year of market research experience is desirable.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
