This role involves supporting the team by maintaining accurate records, coordinating day-to-day operations, and reporting to key stakeholders. You will work closely with internal and external partners to ensure timely submission of forms and reports.

  • Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and completion of all licensing records and reports
  • Coordinate processes and reporting to keep stakeholders informed
  • Liaise with teams, management, and clients to achieve goals
  • Understand and improve success metrics associated with each licensing goal
  • Deliver consistent customer service and communication
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High level of integrity, judgment, and follow through
  • Keen attention to detail and desire to follow procedures
  • Excellent technical, analytical, verbal, and written communications skills
  • Dedication to respecting and ensuring strict confidentiality of customer and employee data
  • Working knowledge of database applications such as MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Oracle, Kronos or ability to learn technology quickly
  • Notary or willingness to obtain
  • Minimum of one year clerical experience
