We are seeking an experienced and skilled software developer to join our team. As an active contributor, you will play a vital role in the development of our platform, ensuring it remains stable, scalable, and secure.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of relational and non-relational database designs, experience with DevOps/TechOps, and proficiency with code versioning tools such as Git and Github.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain production stability by writing scripts, debugging live issues, and resolving defects.
  • Participate in planning activities and contribute to a high-performing team.
  • Own components of the platform and ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Build quality software that conforms to engineering best practices.
  • Stay updated on current and new technologies and recommend where appropriate.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in RoR/GoLang, PostgresQL, and AWS.
  • Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational database designs.
  • Proficiency with code versioning tools (specifically Git and Github).
  • Experience with DevOps/TechOps.
  • Designed and deployed an API or microservice to production environment.
  • Excellent understanding of relevant technologies, including HTTP, RESTful APIs, JSON, JWT, CORS, websockets, and application routing.
  • Experience in containerization and orchestration technologies.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Commitment to lifelong learning.
