Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to manage our website, email accounts, and database. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in software development with expertise in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, CSS, and HTML.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the website to ensure it is up-to-date and functioning properly.
  • Set up webpages and changes to the website using moderate-advanced programming skills.
  • Manage staff and volunteer email accounts including creating new emails and managing email forwarding.
  • Manage the database ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Operate livestreams software as required.
  • Manage membership records including cleaning up duplicate records cancelling or pausing memberships and contacting lapsing and expiring members for renewal.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience as a software engineer.
  • Expertise in programming languages such as JavaScript Python CSS and HTML.
  • Experience in data administration.
  • Excellent communication skills.
