We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Senior Business Development Representative/Supervisor to drive growth, improve sales performance, and increase client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure seamless sales pipelines.
  • Conduct high-volume cold calling, lead generation, and outreach efforts to build and maintain strong sales pipelines.
  • Monitor key metrics and regularly report on performance.
  • Maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to foster long-term business growth.
  • Ensure CRM systems are up-to-date and accurate, with a focus on activity tracking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and meeting sales targets.
  • Recent experience working with US-based clients and knowledge of US business culture and communication.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and coaching skills.
  • Tech-savvy, proficient in using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
  • Available to work full-time during Eastern Standard Time hours.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
