Key Responsibilities

As a high-level finance professional, you will drive clarity and discipline in our company’s financial systems. You will take ownership of the finance function, streamlining monthly close and cash forecasting processes to deliver accurate financial statements.

Accountabilities
  1. Develop and execute a standardized monthly close process to deliver accurate financial statements within specified timeframes.
  2. Maintain and optimize cash flow strategy by managing a weekly-updated, 12-month rolling cash forecast to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
  3. Lead forecasting and budgeting across the business by planning and leading our annual budgeting and forecasting cycle.
  4. Build scalable financial systems and operational workflows by documenting core finance processes and implementing streamlined systems for expense approvals, reimbursements, travel booking, and company card usage.
  5. Drive profit optimization across departments by delivering monthly EBITDA analysis and partnering with leaders to implement impactful initiatives.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and audit standards to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.

  • Align financial planning and reporting with our organization's strategic goals, enabling data-driven decision-making and long-term success.
  • Leverage advanced tools such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Excel to optimize financial management and reporting processes.
