Job Description:We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Alabang. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing accurate information about our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities.Qualifications:
• At least High School (old curriculum) / Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2nd year in college
• Excellent communication skills
• 6 months to 1 year of call center experience preferred
• If a High School graduate (old curriculum), must have at least 2 years of call center experience
