About the Job

As a Call Center Professional, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch support to our customers. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering excellent service with a smile.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Listen attentively to customer concerns and provide solutions or escalate to supervisors as needed
  • Use company-provided tools and software to track customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets while maintaining a positive attitude and demeanor

What We're Looking For:

  • High school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
  • At least 6 months of collection experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Flexible and willing to work on-site
