
Chief Revenue Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to drive and maximize revenues on assigned customers. The ideal candidate will have previous B2B iGaming experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to handle difficult clients.
Main Responsibilities:- Drive Revenue Growth: Responsible for driving and maximizing revenues on assigned customers.
- Develop Customer Relationships: Develop strong customer relationships with relevant stakeholders within the customers.
- Main Point of Contact: Act as main point of contact within the organization for your customers.
- Market Expertise: Develop sector and market expertise and take a consultative approach to gain a clear understanding of the customers' business drivers and requirements.
- Client Feedback: Continual monitoring of client feedback to anticipate business needs and forward them to the Product department.
- Company Representation: Represent the company at events and exhibitions tailored to online gambling operators.
- KPI Reporting: Regularly report KPIs, status of accounts to Head of Account Management.
- B2B iGaming Experience: Previous B2B iGaming experience is a must, ideally as an Account Manager or Casino Manager.
- English Fluency: Fluent English is a must.
- Location: Ideally based in the UK or Gibraltar.
- Self-Starter: Self-starter and motivated to succeed individual with highly developed social and communication skills.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills.
- Problem Solver: Able to handle difficult clients and the pressure that comes along with it.
- Adaptability: A problem solver proactive approach.
- Commercial Acumen: Commercially minded, with strong analytical / numerical skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Independence: Able to work independently, with very little supervision.
