About the Role

As a Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and implementing medium to complex Workday projects and enhancements. You will partner with various departments, including Recruitment HR, Finance, and IT, to support the Workday system and integrated downstream applications.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of IT professional administrative and analytical experience, including root cause analysis, risk assessment, and recommending solutions. They will also have hands-on experience with ticketing/tracking tools like Manage Engine, Service Now, or JIRA, as well as expertise in Workday modules such as Core HCM, Time and Absence, Payroll, Compensation, and Recruiting.

You will be responsible for gathering and comprehending business process requirements for new or existing functionalities, designing and configuring or working with development to create scalable solutions, troubleshooting issues, and proposing solutions to achieve operational excellence.

The position requires strong project management and organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities. Excellent verbal, written, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and comprehend business process requirements for new or existing functionalities.
  • Design and configure or work with development to create scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues and propose solutions to achieve operational excellence.
  • Participate in application upgrades, designing new solutions, testing, and production support.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.
